To apply for a refund:
Download customers - Email a copy of your sales receipt to refund@promptoria.com within 60 days from the date of your purchase. Allow 48 hours for processing.
CD customers - Refund will be processed when the package is returned with sales receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds constitute termination of your license to use the software and you are thereby legally obligated to permanently uninstall refunded software from your computer.
