In this version the 5,547 "Mature" category words have been completely omitted. They will not appear at random, they are not included in the master lists, and they will not appear in Promptoria’s integrated dictionary/thesaurus, either as a lookup word or within the definitions or thesaurus entries. The "Mature" button is not included and in its place is the “Music” button. (Please Note that because of these omitted words some dictionary definitions will appear incomplete)

This version is completely uncensored. The 5,547 words that make up the "Mature" category include the more colorful words of the day, however, the vast majority are simply of a more adult nature that may be inappropriate for younger or more sensitive users. Nevertheless these words can be very useful and appropriate depending upon the nature of the writing. This version offers the choice of displaying either the "Mature" or "Music" categories to suit your preference.

The words contained within Promptoria’s integrated dictionary/thesaurus can be found in any main stream dictionary or thesaurus of similar size and scope. Of course what may be considered inappropriate is subjective and varies greatly from one person to the next. Promptoria is committed to offering a choice of software etiquette that best suits your needs.
